確か去年もクリスマスには出かけようとしたところに雪が降り出しました。クリスマス寒波、とはまさにこの事です。
やはり雪が降り出した中、御ミサに行ってきました。この日ばかりは（？）特に男性軍がスーツでビシッとキメてきます。夏場はランニングの人もいるのに...←これはあんまりだと思う
御ミサが始まる３０分前に着いたのにお御堂はもう満員。ちょっと早かったかなと、入ってみたけれど遅いくらいでした。始まるまでお隣だったご婦人としばしお話していたのですが、毎年２４日はＢ’Zのライブが東京ドームであるのだとか。
すごく行きたいんだけど、教会も必ずクリスマスには御ミサがあるでしょう？ＯＯさんもＢ’Zファンらしいんだけど、この日は行けないのよねぇ！と笑ってらっしゃってました。
う～ん、確かに。
クリスチャンには行けないライブ。 ＋＿＋；
今回は初めて御ミサの後の祝賀会にも参加させていただきました。と、いうのも、祝賀会での聖書朗読の担当になったのです。
うわ～！！！！
読む箇所は決まっているのですが、訳がこれかな、と思ってたのとは若干違ってまして、直前に渡されオロオロしましたが無事噛まずに終えられました。
何よりです：）
なんやかんやで１１：００ｐ.m.
やっぱり外に出ると積もってました。白っ！

その頃、皇帝アウグストゥスから全領土の住民に、登録をせよとの勅令が出た。これはキリ二ウスがシリア州の総督であった時に行われた最初の住民登録である。人々は皆、登録するためにおのおの自分の町へ旅立った。ヨセフもダビデの家に属し、その血筋であったので、ガリラヤの町ナザレから、ユダヤのベツレヘムというダビデの町に上って行った。身ごもっていたいいなずけのマリアと一緒に登録するためである。
ところが、彼らがベツレヘムに居るうちにマリアは月が満ちて初めての子を産み、布にくるんで飼い葉桶に寝かせた。宿屋には彼らの泊る場所が無かったからである。
その地方で羊飼いたちが野宿をしながら夜通し羊の群れの番をしていた。すると、主の天使が近付き、主の栄光が周りを照らしたので彼らは非常に恐れた。天使は言った。
「恐れるな。私は民全体に与えられる大きな喜びを告げる。今日、ダビデの町で救い主がお生まれになった。この方こそ主メシアである。あなた方は布にくるまって飼い葉桶に寝ている乳飲み子を見つけるであろう。 これがあなた方へのしるしである。」
すると突然、この天使に天の大軍が加わり、神を賛美して言った。
「いと高きところには栄光、神にあれ、
地には平和、御心に適う人にあれ。」

And i came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. This census first took place while Quirinius was governing Syria. So all went to be registered,everyone to his own city.Joseph also went up from Galilee,out of the cityof Nazareth,into Judea,to the city of David ,which is called Bthlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David.to be registered with Mary,his betrothed wife,who was with child.
So it was, that while they were there,the days were completed for her to be born delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn Son,and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger,because there was no room for them in the inn.
Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields,keeping watch over their flock by night.And behold ,an angel of the Lord stood before them,and the glory of the Lord shone around them,and they were geatly afraid.
Then te angel sajd to them,
"Do not be afraid, for behold , I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.And this will be the sign to you :You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in manger."
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying:
"Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace,goodwill toward men!!"
