来る年も恵みあふれる年となりますように
＊ヨハネによる福音＊
初めに言（ことば）があった。言（ことば）は神と共にあった。言（ことば）は神であった。
この言（ことば）は、初めに神と共にあった。万物は言（ことば）によって成った。成ったもので、言（ことば）によらずに成ったものは何一つなかった。言（ことば）のうちに命があった。命は人間を照らす光であった。光は暗闇の中で輝いている。暗闇は光を理解しなかった。
その光は、まことの光で、世に来てすべての人を照らすのである。言（ことば）は世にあった。世は言（ことば）によって成ったが、世は言（ことば）を認めなかった。言（ことば）は自分の民のところへ来たが、民は受け入れなかった。しかし、言（ことば）は自分を受け入れた人、その名を信じる人々には神の子となる資格を与えた。この人々は、血によってではなく、肉の欲によってではなく、人の欲によってでもなく、神によって生まれたのである。
言（ことば）は肉となって、私たちの間に宿られた。わたしたちはその栄光を見た。それは父の独り子としての栄光であって、恵みと真理に満ちていた。

In the beginning was the World,and the World was with God,and the World was God. He was in the begining with God. All things were made through Him,and without Him nothing was made that made.In Him was life,and the life was the light of men.And light shines in the darkness,and the darkness did not comprehend it.
There was a man set from God,whose name was John.This man came for a witness,to bear witness of the Light,that all through him might believe.He was not that Light,but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.
He was in the world,and the world was made through Him,and the world did not know Him.But as many as received Him ,to them He gave the light to become children of God ,to those who believe in His name;
who were born,not of blood,nor of the will of the flesh,nor of the will of man,but of God.
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,and we beheld His glory,the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,full of grace and thuth.
